Gen.EU

Gen.EU is a bold new European media initiative bringing together leading news organizations — including Agence France-Presse (AFP) — to connect, inform, and empower the next generation. Through thousands of multilingual digital stories, social-first content, online discussions, and international live events, Gen.EU creates a cross-border platform where young Europeans can explore the issues shaping their lives and engage in meaningful dialogue. 

Co-funded by the European Union, the project aims to reach at least three million young people by 2027, strengthening media literacy, civic participation, and democratic engagement across the continent.
